Project validation

The provisions on the validation and approval of the project are contained in the Code of contracts pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and in particular in art. 26 (Preventive verification of the design).

As set out in paragraph 1 (as amended by Article 16, paragraph 1, letter b) of Legislative Decree 19 April 2017, no. 56) of the art. 26 "The contracting authority, in the contracts relating to the works, verifies the correspondence of the project drawings to the documents referred to in Article 23, as well as their compliance with the current legislation".

SYSPRO ENGINEERING offers the design validation service through a certified body, as required by the aforementioned article, giving support to the RUP in all phases of design and construction of the works.
